Programs and services for people from racial and ethnic minorities working in the NSW Public Sector

• Diversity Delivers aims to raise awareness and develop the management of diversity across the Public Sector. It offers strategies and experiences from NSW Public Sector agencies in managing diversity in the workplace.

• The NSW Public Sector Skillmax Program offers courses to support employees whose first language was not English in improving English for the workplace and to find a job.

• The Program is run by the NSW Adult Migrant English Service which has an outstanding reputation for quality training.

• The Community Relations Commission have a range of relevant services.
