Diversity Training

The NSW State Government funded Skillmax Program delivers training to underemployed public sector employees. This program is run by the NSW Adult Migrant English Service (AMES) which has an outstanding reputation for quality training. Public sector employees who are not currently employed in the area of their expertise are provided with training which has a Workplace Communications focus. The Program also provides training to unemployed professionals with a Jobseeking focus.

Diversity Delivers is a guide to working with diversity in government organisations in the 21st century. Diversity Delivers shares the experiences of a number of agencies that have turned the NSW Government policy of valuing the skills, experience and linguistic abilities of the State's diverse population into a reality.
