Community Language Allowance Scheme (CLAS)

NSW Public Sector departments are making use of the Community Language Allowance Scheme (CLAS) with staff who use their expertise in a community language to improve customer service. Some NSW organisations advertise the scheme to coincide with Harmony Day (Commonwealth initiative) and encourage staff to become part of the scheme.
